Can I complete the initial CCW course, and submit my paperwork on the same day?

Not likely. Our 8-hour course starts at 8:00 a.m., and finishes at 4:00pm at the range, north of Sparks. Business hours for the Sheriff's Office  are from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.  Even in a Formula 1 Race Car, you could not make it to the Sheriff's Office in time. You may, however, encounter a nice representative from the Sheriff's Office or the Nevada Highway Patrol during your high speed road trip. You will need to visit the Sheriff's Office during the next business day.
